Circle of Hope - Matthew Tot Foundation is to transform our society's response to drug use by promoting compassionate, health-focused, and socially responsible drug policies. We strive to reduce the harms associated with drug use, eradicate stigma, and support individuals affected by substance use through education, advocacy, and collaborative action. In honour of our brother Matthew, we dedicate ourselves to fostering a future where no individual or family is left unsupported in their struggle with addiction.
